- 1 frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Almond meal
Instructions
- Mash banana with a fork
- Whisk eggs together
- Add banana and egg together well then add almond meal
- Heat the frying pan. Using a non stick frying pan or a small amount of butter or oil
- Add large spoonfuls (desired size) of pancake mix to a hot pan
- Cook on one side until small bubbles are popping in the batterTurn and cook until lightly browned
- Serve by themselves or topped with your favorite topping
