  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 Oven heated to 180C or 350F
  • 1 Muffin tine


  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil, butter or ghee For greasing muffin tin
  • 500 Grams Mince Pork or Beef
  • 1 Cup Finely chopped vegetables
  • 225 Grams Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tsp Dried herbs, oregano and basil Can change to your favourite herb
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese


  • Preheat oven to 180C/350F
    Lighty grease a 12-muffin tin
  • Brown the mince in a frying pan with a small amount of oil if needed, add vegetables and cook until just soft. Put aside to cool.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add cooled meat, vegetables, cottage cheese and spice. Gently combine.
  • Spoon into the muffin tray and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown on top and cooked through.
