Ingredients

Almond meal
Instructions
Mash banana with a fork
Whisk eggs together
Add banana and egg together well then add almond meal
Heat the frying pan. Using a non stick frying pan or a small amount of butter or oil
Add large spoonfuls (desired size) of pancake mix to a hot pan
Cook on one side until small bubbles are popping in the batter
Turn and cook until lightly browned
Serve by themselves or topped with your favorite topping
