  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 mixing bowl


  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla flavour works nicely
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp Almond or other milk
  • Butter for cooking


  • Whisk all dry ingredients except butter. Add milk slowly until you have the consistency you want.
  • Heat the frying pan, and add a little butter.
    Spoon pancake mix to desired size.
    Allow the bubble to pop then turn over.
  • Serve with your favourite topping
